This AGREEMENT (the Agreement) is date is entered into by and between:

Parties

1. Stllr Network, Inc., a Delaware corporation company incorporated and registered under the State of Delaware, with file number 6129414 whose registered office is at 651 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709, represented by its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Nouran Shawkat (Party A, the Disclosing Party);
2. An individual represented by the email and phone number assigned to the account. (Party B, the Recipient).

Party A and Party B are referred to, individually, as a Party and together as the Parties.

BACKGROUND:

1. The Parties have an interest in participating in discussions wherein either Party may share information with the other that the disclosing Party considers to be proprietary and confidential to itself ("Confidential Information");
2. The Parties agree on the house rules including delivery policy, payment, and scope of work described in Schedule1.
3. The Parties agree that Confidential Information of a Party may include, but not be limited to, that Party's: (i) business plans, methods, and practices; (ii) personnel, customers, and suppliers; (iii) inventions, processes, methods, products, patent applications, and other proprietary rights; or (iv) specifications, drawings, sketches, models, samples, tools, computer programs, technical information, or other related information;

THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:

SCHEDULE1: House Rules

Scope of work

1. Party B shall be responsible for the delivery of the tasks included and agreed upon in the deliverables only.
2. Party B shall revert back to Party A each time companies request additional deliverables.

Delivery

3. Party B shall accept additional deliverables after the written approval of Party A. Subject to such acceptance without the written approval of Party A will result in considering the work of Party B at their own cost.

Payment

4. Payments will be processed upon completion/approval of the tasks of Party B.
5. If companies request a change of Party B, Party B shall get paid for the milestones they delivered only until the time of the request of change.
6. Payments will be ready within the first five (5) days of the month for Party B to withdraw on the dashboard, given that they have delivered the assigned milestones in a timely manner.
7. Party B shall commit to the project quality, timeline and deadlines, otherwise, payment shall be affected.
8. Party B is not allowed to leave mid-project. Failure to comply will result in an automatic ban, and no partial payments shall be made.
9. A maximum amount of $50 will be kept on hold for Party B during ongoing projects. This amount is withheld as guarantee and will be released into the Party B balance once the project is completed.
