You are eligible for a refund based on the service stage and payment method unless a customized and signed contract is in place. Please review the details below
There are two refund methods available:
Wallet Refund on Stllr Network: The refund amount is credited back to your Stllr Network wallet. This amount can be used for future transactions within the network
Refund to Company Bank Account: The refund amount is transferred back to your specified company bank account
The refund percentage varies based on the service stage at which the refund is requested:

Production | 10% | N/A | This stage involves the actual production or development of the project |
Editing | N/A | N/A | This stage involves making edits or revisions to the delivered content |
Completion | N/A | N/A | This stage signifies the final completion and delivery of the project |
All Wallet credit expires 12 months after the purchase date, unless specified differently. Refunds are not available after this period
